Manifesting your dream body is so extremely powerful that I just have to share these tips with you! Think about your ultimate dream body… Do you want to get your abs toned? Have a beautiful hourglass figure? Or maybe you just want to feel energised and confident? It’s all possible and manifesting the body of your dreams will truly transform your life.

Even though it might sound a bit strange at first, it’s absolutely possible to manifest your dream body. Of course, you still need to put in the work, but manifesting your dream body is mainly about shifting your mindset, that’s when the “magic” happens.

Just like manifesting health, you won’t attract health into your life if you keep holding onto unhealthy habits. You can repeat affirmations like “I am healthy, I am strong, my body is capable of keeping me healthy” a million times a day, but it won’t work if you continue smoking, eating junk food and treating your body like shit.

It’s the same with manifesting your dream body. You won’t manifest it just by believing you’ll get there and sitting on the couch all day long. You need to put in the work as well, and the manifesting part is only to get those results faster & better.

1. Have a clear vision

First of all, you need to think about how you want your body to look like. Create a new board on Pinterest and save all images that inspire you. Make sure to get the full picture: how do you want your legs to look like? Your waist? Your arms?

Do you want to be stronger, full of energy, more toned, improve your flexibility, lose weight? It doesn’t matter what you want, just start this journey with the right intention and you’ll get there.

Take at least one moment every day to look at the lookbook you created on Pinterest. Try to feel how you will feel if you have that body. Wait no, not IF, truly feel and believe you already have that body. Own the feeling of looking like that, and if you put in the work + believe in it, it’s already written out in your future, you already have it.

2. Work on your self-image

What do you think when you see yourself in the mirror? Make sure to keep your thoughts positive whenever you look at yourself. Of course, there might be some things that you simply don’t like, but always look at them as possibilities to improve yourself.

And if these things are simply a part of you, things you can’t really change, like your height, skincolour, eyecolour, bone structure, the size of your feet, etc., just accept them and cherish them as part of what makes you unique.

Remember that the way you feel about yourself will partly determine your physique in the future. If you keep thinking about the fact that you’re fat, that you don’t deserve to look your best, that it’s not possible, etc, etc., your sending out a lot of bad vibes. I’ve once heard this quote and it truly opened my eyes: Whether you believe you can or believe you can’t, either way you’re right.

Only when you truly believe in yourself, you’ll be able to achieve almost anything you set your mind to.

When you start to think about yourself as a person who is motivated, determined, full of energy and extremely fit, you’ll become that person. Even when you feel that you’re not living life in your most ideal body, you need to start loving yourself. That’s the best first step towards succes.

1. Be grateful for the things you already have.

I already gave this one as an example in the explanation, but in order to attract things that you’ll be grateful for into your life, you need to send out those high vibrations.

For example: Emma Bovary (let me know in the comments if you’ve ever read this book!) isn’t very happy with her life. She’s constantly daydreaming about a better life with more luxury, more passionate relationships, more adventure, she wants to live in a city like Paris and despises her boring life with her boring husband in a boring village.

Every single day she is longing for something to change, which makes her feel quite miserable. You can imagine that the vibrations she sends out are pretty low as well, which actually attract more and more of the things she despises.

In order to attract the things you desire into your life, you need to feel grateful for what you already have. Only then you can send out high vibrations and allign with that what you want.

3. Manifest during your workouts

Now that you’ve got a clear vision of the body you want to manifest and you start from a place of love for yourself (very important) it’s time to put in the work! Seriously, manifesting during your workout will actually make you look forward to the workout sessions.

Before you start the workout session, I suggest looking at your lookbook on Pinterest. Take a little moment and envision yourself having that body. FEEL it. Now, you’re probably super motivated to start working out, because every single workout gets you closer to your goal.

When it comes to working out, I suggest working with affirmations. I’ll tell you exactly how you can implement your affirmations in your workout:

If you want to manifest a round booty, your affirmations could be:

I – will – get – that – booty

Lean – legs – round – booty

I – can – feel – my – booty – grow

Please don’t take yourself too seriously with these affirmations, just write down whatever comes into your mind and whatever makes you push harder.

Now, the reason why I wrote it down like – this, (…) is – because – with – every – rep – you’re – going – to – say – one – word.

Let’s say you’re doing squats, and your affirmation for that exercise is: I – will – get – that – booty. Instead of counting every single rep, you’re using your affirmation to count through the reps.

1st squat: “I”

2nd squat: “will”

3rd squat: “get”

4th squat: “that”

5th squat: “booty”

And of course, for each exercise, you should do multiple sets 🙂
